Content Policy

1. Purpose

Aflicks is an AI video generation platform. To protect users, maintain platform integrity, and comply with payment and distribution requirements, all users must follow this Content Policy when using the service.

2. Strictly Prohibited Content

You may not use Aflicks to generate, upload, process, publish, or distribute:

  • Any illegal content or content intended to facilitate illegal activity.
  • Pornographic, sexually explicit, exploitative, or otherwise NSFW adult content.
  • Any sexualized, exploitative, or suggestive content involving minors.
  • Hate, harassment, threats, extremism, violent incitement, or self-harm promotion.
  • Fraud, phishing, impersonation, misleading deepfakes, or other deceptive content.
  • Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
  • Malware, spam, automated abuse, or activity that disrupts platform reliability.

3. AI-Generated Content Restrictions

For AI-generated media, you must also comply with the following restrictions:

  • Do not create synthetic media for scams, impersonation, or public deception.
  • Do not generate explicit gore, graphic abuse, or detailed unlawful violence.
  • Do not use the platform for adult sites, gray-market traffic, prohibited ads, or political manipulation.
  • If content includes real people, you must have the necessary rights, permissions, or lawful basis.

4. Moderation and Enforcement

We may use automated systems, manual review, and third-party risk controls to detect and review content and account activity. If we determine that content or behavior violates this policy, we may take action without prior notice, including:

  • Rejecting generation requests.
  • Removing or blocking content.
  • Freezing credits, limiting features, or suspending accounts.
  • Permanently terminating accounts.
  • Reporting relevant information to platforms, payment providers, or law enforcement where appropriate.

If you believe content or account action was restricted in error, you may contact us at support@aflicks.com and we will review the matter where appropriate.
